Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle development of cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines supporting 50+ deployments weekly
- Mentor 3-5 engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Optimize system performance, achieving 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices across engineering organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives from concept to launch
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Passion for open-source contributions and technical writing
