Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Lead API development and microservices architecture for enterprise-scale applications
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for seamless deployments
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)
- Strong background in cloud architecture and containerization technologies
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Demonstrable skills in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API development
- Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
