Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Node.js and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Drive DevOps best practices for containerized deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
- Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
