Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go/Python on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Terraform and ArgoCD
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Drive SLO improvements for critical payment processing systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
- Automate infrastructure-as-code for 99.99% uptime SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go/Python with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture
- Track record of shipping scalable SaaS products serving 1M+ users
- Experience leading technical projects with measurable business impact
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in security best practices and data encryption
- Contributions to open-source projects or active GitHub presence
