Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go/Python
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews

- Lead agile sprints with Jira/Confluence methodologies
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Conduct A/B testing for product feature validation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native patterns
- Proven track record with AWS/GCP/Azure services
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
