Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices in Python/Go
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute 10% of time to internal innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Python or Go with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
