Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP and microservices frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
- Optimize application performance and conduct security audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical projects
- Drive innovation through emerging tech research (AI/ML, blockchain)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and databases
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact enterprise applications
- Experience with federal security standards (NIST, FedRAMP) preferred
