Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and drive technical debt reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for automated deployments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience with Java and cloud-native development
- Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
