Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Go and AWS
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD best practices
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
- Ensure security compliance and data protection standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Go, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proficiency with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
