Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native technologies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Lambda)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 10M+ user platforms
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of leading full-stack projects from conception to deployment
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
