Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime SLA
- Lead migration of legacy systems to modern React/Node.js stacks
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct quarterly tech strategy sessions with CTO
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Python, Go, or Java with cloud deployment
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-grade projects
