Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Lead full-cycle development from design to deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance for high-transaction energy platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Data)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud services
- Experience with distributed systems and API design (REST/gRPC)
- Strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
