Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for SaaS features
- Implement AWS-native solutions with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native patterns
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP and container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with fintech or high-throughput applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
