Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and architectural discussions
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems
- Strong AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record with container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience mentoring engineering teams
- Proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD tools
