Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Own full lifecycle development from conception to production deployment
- Implement rigorous testing protocols and performance monitoring
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and RESTful API design
- Proven track record leading complex projects with agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
