Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Architect scalable solutions handling 10K+ RPS
- Conduct production incident response and root cause analysis
- Drive technical debt reduction and refactoring initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot development
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud-native patterns and serverless computing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams
