Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices in Go/Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and ArgoCD
- Drive A/B testing initiatives for product features
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications
- Expertise in distributed systems and database design (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless)
- Strong background in testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
