Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Lead cloud-native deployments on AWS with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and event-driven architecture patterns
- Proficiency with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB) and Kubernetes
- Strong background in database design (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
