Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python for high-transaction payment processing systems
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2)
- Optimize system performance using distributed caching and database sharding
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven design, and container orchestration
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database systems
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence
- Certifications in AWS or GCP cloud architecture preferred
- Experience with fintech compliance and security standards
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing large-scale system design and implementation
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
