Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the team
- Develop RESTful APIs with comprehensive unit/integration testing
- Troubleshoot complex production issues using distributed tracing tools
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of security protocols (OWASP, OAuth2)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with debugging complex systems
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
