Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software architectures using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement automated testing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
