Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven performance tuning
- Champion DevOps best practices across distributed teams
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-grade backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems patterns
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP infrastructure and Terraform
- Strong background in SQL and NoSQL database optimization
- Demonstrated experience with event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex system designs and deployments
