Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
- Strong grasp of data structures and algorithmic complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Track record of shipping production-grade applications
