Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions using Go/Python on AWS infrastructure
- Mentor 3-4 mid-level engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive technical strategy for Kubernetes-based microservices
- Collaborate with Product to translate business requirements into robust APIs
- Champion DevOps best practices including infrastructure-as-code
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-level Go or Python development
- Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven leadership in CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Advanced AWS/GCP certification (or equivalent)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience mentoring technical teams of 5+ engineers
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
