Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor 3+ junior engineers
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and cloud-native patterns
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog content
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with cloud services
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems design
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
