Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Python and Java
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented software development
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-paced environments
