Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in agile methodologies
- Optimize system performance and security for high-transaction financial platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java/Python and relational databases
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and serverless computing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
