Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead architectural decisions for cloud infrastructure migrations
- Develop automated testing frameworks ensuring 95%+ test coverage
- Partner with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3) and Kubernetes
- Strong background in distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
