Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data modeling
- Proven track record with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
