Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement security best practices for PCI compliance
- Champion test-driven development and automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS/GCP cloud architecture skills
- Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
