Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using cloud-native technologies
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in Agile methodologies
- Optimize database performance and ensure system security best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MVPs within sprint cycles
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent novel technical solutions
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and implement infrastructure as code
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven track record leading projects from conception to deployment
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with fintech compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOX)
