Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure microservices architecture using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for high-availability systems
- Conduct security code reviews and vulnerability assessments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with DevOps on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Develop RESTful APIs with Spring Boot and Node.js
- Document technical specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building enterprise-grade applications
- Expertise in secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10)
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- CI/CD automation with Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Experience with federal security compliance frameworks
