Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, perform rigorous testing, and debug issues to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team through knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture planning and design to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Optimize application performance and drive technical improvements to enhance scalability and reduce latency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js with deep knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end integration.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges under pressure.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
