Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance tuning and scalability improvements for AWS-hosted applications
- Champion DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
