Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS/Azure with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices for data protection
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to engineering roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful API design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers and improving team productivity
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on scalability and performance
