Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and establish best engineering practices
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for high availability
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical sessions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java development
- Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of AWS/GCP services and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
