Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance distributed systems serving 10M+ users
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead migration of legacy monoliths to cloud-native microservices on AWS
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record with distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Contributions to GitHub with 500+ stars or equivalent impact
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
