Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Spearhead code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed across the engineering team to maintain high code quality and security.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and drive the development of innovative solutions to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless and automated deployment to production environments with zero downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or C++. Strong experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimization and data modeling.
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
