Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver world-class features.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and ensure adherence to software architecture and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical systems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
