Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern development methodologies.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput in a distributed environment.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases, refactoring legacy systems to enhance maintainability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote work environment with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and testing frameworks (Jest, Selenium, etc.).
