Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native patterns
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- AWS/GCP certification preferred
