Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with product teams on agile sprints
- Document technical specifications and API endpoints
- Troubleshoot production issues with monitoring tools (Datadog)
- Contribute to open-source initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Proficient in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating full-cycle projects
