Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous delivery
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive API documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, or Java)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
