Responsibilities
- Architect and implement distributed systems handling 10k+ RPS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead migration from legacy monoliths to cloud-native architecture
- Drive A/B testing initiatives for product feature launches
- Contribute to open-source projects used by Fortune 500 companies
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Go/Python/Java)
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS/GCP
- Strong background in distributed systems design patterns
- Proven track record of shipping production-critical services
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
