Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go/Kubernetes serving 10M+ daily requests
- Optimize distributed systems for 99.99% uptime across 3 global data centers
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured growth program
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform/ArgoCD
- Contribute to open-source projects with 5+ GitHub stars
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python/Java/Rust)
- Strong background in distributed systems and data structures
- Professional certifications in Kubernetes or AWS Solutions Architect
- Portfolio demonstrating production-level contributions to open-source
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
