Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL) and API response times
- Contribute to our open-source projects and patent innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven track record of shipping high-availability SaaS products
- Strong understanding of security best practices for financial systems
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
