Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture in AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance, reducing latency by 40%+
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, load testing)
- Drive DevOps best practices for infrastructure as code
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
