Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern architectures.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, debug code, and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
