Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement new features.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput for our global clients.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug software errors with a focus on root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical debt reduction strategies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
