Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance distributed systems using Java, Go, and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and AWS ECS
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI-DSS)
- Drive innovation through prototyping and POCs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong understanding of event-driven systems and message queues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping scalable SaaS products
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub projects
